The firm offers support to high potential companies to access funding from partner third-party financial institutions, mostly Quasi-Development Finance Institutions, Impact Investment Funds, and Private Equity firms. We have a direct deal sourcing partnership arrangement with these financial institutions and assist in the deal structuring and execution process as well.
Since its inception in July 2019, Upscale Consult LTD has successfully facilitated investments/financing totaling US$11.50 million for nine (9) Ghanaian SMEs including a Microfinance firm. The USAID Feed the Future Ghana Mobilising Finance for Agricultural (MFA) Activity engaged Upscale Consult between June 2021 and Jan 2025 to provide business advisory services to enterprises operating in Ghana to enable them to obtain finance and investment. As an MFA transaction advisor, Upscale Consult has facilitated and secured US$8.5 million for SMEs operating in Ghana's agricultural sectorincluding agro-processors, commodity exporters, and financial service providers.
